Right of Withdrawal

Who this notice applies to

The right of withdrawal set out below is a statutory consumer right. It belongs to you if you are a consumer resident in a Member State of the European Union, in one of the other States of the European Economic Area, namely Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, or in the United Kingdom.

A consumer is any individual who is acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. This notice is addressed to consumers only and does not apply to orders placed in the course of a trade, business, craft or profession.

Separately from that statutory right, whether we offer to take goods back simply because you have changed your mind, and who bears the cost of the return, depends on the country we deliver to. The section "Deliveries outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom", later in this notice, sets out what we offer for deliveries beyond those countries. Your rights where goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described apply wherever your order was sent and are set out in the section "Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods".

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

For deliveries within Germany, we will bear the cost of returning the goods. For deliveries to any other country, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Deliveries outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

Where we deliver your order to a country outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we do not offer to take goods back because you have changed your mind. Taking goods back on that ground is a service we do not provide for those destinations.

Nothing in this notice limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected, including any statutory right of withdrawal you hold under them.

This section concerns change-of-mind returns only. It does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described; those rights apply wherever your order was sent and are set out in the section "Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods".

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

If goods arrive faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, your legal rights in respect of those goods apply wherever your order was sent. Nothing set out above limits those rights, or any other mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase.
