The Story
Isaac Newton gave the world the law of gravity. What the world never saw were the ten million words he left behind on alchemy and stranger sciences. Among them, the legend says, lay his most dangerous discovery: a device that defies gravity itself.
Newton understood what his invention could do to mankind, so he hid his research away for a generation that could bear its weight. Then, in 1680, his dog Diamond knocked over a candle, and much of his life's work went up in flames.
Centuries later, a mysterious object surfaced at an auction. It once belonged to Newton, the auctioneer claimed, and might hold the last trace of his secret research. No one has opened it.
