Look at the boat stand.
Solution
Use the tip of the boat stand to press in the two buttons locking the rudder at the back of the boat. Turn the rudder to either side to release the propeller and propeller shaft.

Did you notice that the fin keel at the bottom of the boat can now be pressed inwards?

Can the metal propeller shaft be used somewhere to press something inwards?

Turn the rudder back to the neutral (middle) position.
Solution
Move the rudder into the neutral (middle) position.
Then, press down the fin keel (underneath the boat).
While still holding down the fin keel, push the metal propeller shaft into the hole in the bottom front.
While still pressing the propeller shaft into the hole, release the fin keel.
Now, the vertical slider in the front of the boat (the slider with a hole) can be pushed down.

The U-shaped mechanism on top of the boat can now be moved not just left and right, but also back and forth. How does this help?

Can you find a motion pattern that moves the lock symbol (on top of the boat in the middle) to the unlock position?
Solution
Release the lid of the boat as follows:
Orient the boat so that the rudder is facing you and the top of the boat points upwards.
Move the U-shaped mechanism to the left and then to the front.
Move the U-shaped mechanism to the right and then to the back.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until the lid of the boat puzzle opens up.
